Welcome
These terms are the rules for using Fun Games Online at fungamesonlinefree.com (the “site”). By playing on the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you are under the age where you can agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian should read them with you.
The games
The games are free to play in your browser, alone against the computer, with friends on the same screen, or with friends online. We keep adding, changing and sometimes removing games and features, and we may pause or end the service at any time. The site is a work in progress, so some things are marked “Coming soon”.
Nicknames and fair play
Other players see your nickname, so keep it friendly. Please don’t:
- use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretends to be someone else;
- harass, bully or threaten other players;
- cheat, use bots, or tamper with the game, the server or other players’ connections;
- try to overload, break into or copy the site or its servers;
- use the site for anything illegal.
Room hosts can remove players from their rooms, and we may close rooms or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Rooms
Private rooms can be joined by anyone who has the code or link, so only share them with people you want to play with. Public rooms are listed for everyone to join. Rooms close when everyone leaves, and an update of our server can end open rooms and matches.
Coins and items
Coins, avatars, hats, Puckle skins and emotes are just for fun inside the game. They have no real-world value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred. They are saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data or logging out removes them, and we can’t restore them. We may change prices and items in the shop at any time. Buying coins with real money is not available yet; if we add it, these terms will be updated first.
Our content
The games, art, sounds, code and name of Fun Games Online belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may play and share links to the site, but you may not copy, sell or republish its content without our permission. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site running and fun, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that online matches will never lag or disconnect. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, including lost coins, items or progress. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
